As many of you know, it takes a lot of time and energy to keep cranking out DIY tutorials and blog posts when you have a more than full-time job and responsibilities. As much as it makes me happy to craft and share, it is not where I need to be focused right now. Bruni & I are going to take an unofficial break from regular postings and tutorials for some or all of the Summer. It’s a shame since the blog is really starting to take off, but we are all faced with tough decisions on a regular basis. Many are busy with kids during the Summer, so you may not have time to craft anyway, so it will be a good time for me to limit my posts and not commit every week to a new feature.
I plan to continue to work on the content I have started and hopefully post occasionally, but I can not be committed to any type of schedule. I have so many ideas and things in the works, but I simply can’t crank them out fast enough.
My crafts have also taken over my entire house and I just can’t do it anymore. I’d like to really once and for all get my craft room in order so that it can stay contained, but that too is a pipe dream! I need to take back my house and get things in order, prioritize properly and hopefully once I do that, I’ll be able to get to crafting and sharing again. It also doesn’t mean I still won’t be doing any crafting (it’s definitely my stress outlet), but I just won’t be able to document it all, it just might be more of a show and tell kind of thing on Instagram. Perhaps, I can even finish up a a few diorama’s and my main house once and for all. Be sure to follow us on Instagram if you aren’t already.

I completely understand. I have a half finished house that has been sitting on my dresser for over a month now. One day I will be able to craft full time but until then. Thank you so much, I do hope to post a few times as I literally have so many things partially complete. I get so excited about the next idea that I forget to finish the last! Hahaha!
