I’m really trying to pair down, but let’s be honest, I’m totally addicted to shopping at the Dollar Tree and I love a good craft challenge. When I saw all of their signs, the ideas just started going off in my head. I wanted to make nice, wood furniture from DT items! Away I went!

Thank you so much for following along in our transformation journey with the Glitter Girls Sweet Shop (found here on Amazon). I am thrilled with where it ended up and I have had a lot of fun taking photos. This whole project evolved as it went along. I originally only intended to paint the blue trim portions of the exterior and then work with what they already created, but it certainly morphed into a total transformation.
I was so inspired by the last challenge that @thedauhlhouse hosted that I started thinking about doing several design vignettes for $10.00 (all from items purchased at the Dollar Tree). This is the second in the series with a Farmhouse Style. Check it out!
